Why we're asking: today a customer's spec is typed into the portal, then looked up and re-entered by hand for programming, and again into the tracking sheet. We want the new system to hand your programmer clean, complete, structured job information — cutting the manual lookup and double-entry. This is about supporting how you already work, not changing it.
